From here we link to a number of initiatives that are currently being undertaken.

Jesus said that as believers we should pursue heavenly treasure. We are careful not to suggest that believers can work their way towards salvation. As such, we are encouraged to believe that a person is saved by God's grace through faith only in the resurrected Christ. We are satisfied also that true faith moves us into action.

The name 'Christ Currency' is a deliberate reference to the Kingdom of God where priorities seemingly are different to the priorities in the world we live in and where 'value' is derived differently as well. By using this name we mean not to somehow invalidate or diminish the supremacy of the Kingdom of God, or to act in an irreverent manner towards the God we serve. On the contrary, we wish to point out that when people see 'Kingdom currency' or 'Christ Currency' in the way Scripture describes it, they (and us) will come to adopt new priorities in daily life.

Our endeavor is to get ourselves and others involved in the things pertaining to Christ and His Kingdom in an increasingly meaningful way. What we do is not all that can be done. It merely represents a small selection of what can be done. We encourage you to find a way to deliver the type of godly fruit, which the Father is looking for (John 15:1-8).

What we believe

We acknowledge that those who have come to Christ will have been drawn by the Father and that He is looking for fruit delivered by those who have been drawn. We believe fruit is produced when His word is working in and through a believer. As such, the word of God is important to us.

We believe Christians are born from above. We believe that having become Christian, believers will have truly repented. We believe that His Spirit was given as our guide; our counselor and our teacher according to whose promptings we shall do God’s will on this earth.

Salt and Light

Jesus calls us to be salt and light on this earth. Our decisions in pursuing Kingdom treasure as opposed to earthy treasure determine the extent to which we have made everlasting investments.

What we know about salt and light is this: wherever you find it there you will have found change also. Thus, we pursue inner change towards godliness first within ourselves and then within others also. Therefore, where there has been no change for the better, there will have been no salt and light either.

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen (1 Peter 4:10-11).

Be encouraged to really know Christ and His Kingdom. Be encouraged to be salt and light to this world. And, friend, be encouraged to produce that kind of fruit God is looking for (Colossians 1:9-10).

We hope we can help you on that journey.
